Yesterday was the 46th anniversary of the assassination of Malcolm X. Due to the fact that I was attending to my Dear Dad – he’s undergoing treatment for a serious health condition, and yesterday was his first treatment – I was unable to post on his historical event.
Anyway, there are many sites to which one can go in order to learn and read more about Malcolm X. So, I will not post them here. However, what I have posted is a link to one of Malcolm X’s most powerful speeches, and, one of my favorites. Enjoy!
Now, back to Dear Dad: So far so good. Dear Dad hasn’t had a reaction to the meds, other than feeling tired. Furthermore, he was out and about earlier today when I phoned my parents’ home. Anyway, please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
